Early Birds get the Worms

Early birds get the worms and those who read my blog get the first scoop on things.

As you may have noticed, the posting time had not been as consistently lately and that’s because… wait for it… I got a job last week!!

Three years ago I resigned from my old job… not translation-related, then, as we all know, the pandemic hit. I came across that translation gig and it had done me well for the last couple of years. Yay!

It had, however, not been going as well as it did before. I guess all good things come to an end. :/ My theory is that there are so many translated novels up there (not to mention MTL) that people can wait then binge read. (Yeah, you know how you are. :)

And, to make matters worse, Adsense is only up half of the time. And this time I had been down for a particularly long time. Adsense said it was due to “invalid traffic”. I checked their “things you should not to do list” and had never violated any of them. But such is life. I assume that aggregator sites use BOTS to leech my contents and somehow, during the process, jacked up my Adsense. But that’s just a theory.

Neeways. In the next few weeks, I am going to have to figure out how to juggle my real (full-time) job with my translations. Luckily, MIL had ended (on Patreon), and TPE will be ending this month (on Patreon). MIL had been replaced with GTB and TPE will not be replaced, except that frequency of MSM will be bumped up.

The next two to end will be MSM and MWBY. I have no plans to replace them with new projects for the time being. MMLB, GTB, and FMF are relatively newer projects of mine, so they have a whiles to go.

For my AST readers. I promise I will get back to it soon as I wrapped up MSM & MWBY. My goals is to expedite the translation of those two (“internally”) so as to free up some time of mine, so we will see how that goes.

Neeways, that’s all the updates I have for now. Thank you for reading my projects / this blurb.
