Chapter 5 - You’re my younger brother, and I’m your older sister.
Su Yuanyuan was instantly won over by how cute he was. She felt that the boy must like her balloon. And so, she ran over with the balloon and squatted in front of him. "Little brother, do you want this balloon? Here, for you. You don't need to scan the QR code.”
The little boy stared at her blankly, not making any move at all.
Su Yuanyuan was about to continue trying to chat with him when she heard a ding ding sound in her head. "The target has appeared."
Su Yuanyuan stood up in shock. "Where?”
"Right in front of you."
Su Yuanyuan's body stiffened, then she looked down at the little boy. It was only then that she realized that the little boy's dark eyes didn’t have pupils. Although Su Yuanyuan had mentally prepared herself to meet a ghost king, she was still shocked when saw his real face. She let go of the balloon in her hand, and it flew away.
While Su Yuanyuan was dumbfounded, the balloon, as if controlled by an external force, slowly fell down and returned next to Su Yuanyuan's hand.
The little boy continued to look at her with his pupil-less eyes.
Su Yuanyuan was suddenly not afraid anymore. He was such a good boy. He even knew to help her get the balloon back without her asking.
Su Yuanyuan shook her hand, then she reached out, grasped the balloon, and offered it to him. "It's for you."
This time, the small hand reached out and took the balloon from Su Yuanyuan's hand.
Su Yuanyuan touched his hand; it was bone-chillingly cold.
Su Yuanyuan wanted to talk to him, to nurture feelings, and to let him follow her. But soon, the child in front of her disappeared, leaving only the balloon floating up into the sky.
"888, where did he go? Why did he leave?"
"I don't know. He's muddle-headed right now. No one knows what he's thinking."
Su Yuanyuan sighs, then she added, "I always thought he was supposed to be my age. Why is he still a kid?"
As soon as she finished speaking, it occurred to her that Su Xi was only five years old when he died. Therefore, he was forever stuck at that age.
Su Yuanyuan's heart ached so much that she cried. "888, I’ll definitely find a way to get him to come home with me. I want to raise him."
"You don't have a home. You live in a dorm.”

Su Yuanyuan might have a hard time continuing to live in the dorm. Everyone felt that she had changed.
When a person, who had resigned herself to bullying, suddenly rebelled one day, in the eyes of others, she had changed for the worse. To them, she had become selfish. And so, there was a unanimous desire to get rid of Su Yuanyuan.
Su Yuanyuan continued to do her own thing. She persisted on distributing leaflets and wandering around the places where Su Xi had appeared with her blood.
Soon, she encountered the child again.
Su Yuanyuan felt it must be the family tie at work. Why else would the child appear and watch her from afar.
Su Yuanyuan was mentally prepared this time. When she saw him, she happily ran over to him and gave him a balloon. “Little Brother, you came.”
Su Xi was still staring at her, but he didn't say anything.
Su Yuanyuan was worried that he might have run away, so she reached out to take his small hand. Although his hand was very cold, she still held it firmly.
As if feeling a different temperature, Su Xi lowered his head and looked at his hand, which Su Yuanyuan was holding.
Su Yuanyuan saw a look of confusion in his pupil-less eyes. She said, "I’m your older sister. Su Xi, I’m your older sister. Your biological older sister."
Su Xi's small mouth moved. He tilted his head up to look at her. “Older sister.”
Su Yuanyuan smiled happily. "Yup. You’re my younger brother, and I’m your older sister.”
